Sustainable development
RISE believes that sustainable development begins by strengthening teachers. Rather than financing short-term projects, we invest in knowledge, professional skills, and local responsibility. Every trained teacher reaches hundreds of children throughout their professional career. As a result, every Swiss franc invested creates a lasting impact.
Project costs
So far, all missions and a large proportion of the project costs have been financed by the Swiss team itself. With the establishment of RISE as an independent association, the program is intended to be placed on a sustainable financial foundation for the years 2027–2029.

In this project, special education does not mean an expensive specialized program for just a few children. Rather, it refers to practical, foundational skills for teachers: observing children, identifying their developmental levels, understanding their behavior, tailoring learning opportunities, working with simple materials, and advising parents and colleagues.
